Because of a hysterectomy which was caused by severe ovarian cysts my doctor told me I was in need of Estrogen. With a family history of blood clots and having one clot when I was twenty years old he is very hesitant to give me Estrogen. So I wondered if God had produced something naturally that would help us women. No surprise I found a nice website with this list of yummy foods I just need to add more of to my plate. I wish I had know about the inhibitors list sooner. Perhaps I would not have had a hysterectomy. I hope this list helps others out there. I am sure there are more sights than the one I found.
